**About the Role**:
As the Club Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our club, responsible for creating a positive and cohesive environment where both members and staff thrive. You’ll lead by example, motivating your team to deliver an outstanding experience every day. From driving membership sales to ensuring the club is sparkling clean, you’ll manage all aspects of the club’s operations with energy and enthusiasm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Membership Growth: Engage with potential members through appointments, walk-ins, and club tours. Convert inquiries into memberships, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize our CRM to manage leads, prospect for new memberships, and represent the club at community events and other outreach activities.
- Personal Training: Support the growth of our personal training department by helping trainers meet their booking and training goals, and offering personal and group training services to members.
- Team Leadership: Interview, hire, onboard, and continuously coach new staff. Regularly meet with your team to communicate goals, provide feedback, and celebrate successes. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring staff performance meets our high standards.
- Club Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the club’s cleanliness standards, conduct daily cleaning, and ensure all equipment is in top condition with monthly audits.
- Club Culture: Build and nurture a vibrant club culture that makes members feel at home. Create an environment that inspires members to share their positive experiences, and lead the team in delivering top-notch customer service. Plan and execute events and in-club activities that make our gym a fun and engaging place to be.
- Social Media Management: Run the club’s social media channels, actively posting updates, stories, and engaging content that keeps our community connected and excited.

**Availability**:
You’ll need to be flexible, with availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings and occasional weekends.
**Compensation**:
Your wage and monthly bonus will be determined based on your experience level.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
