The Food and Beverage Department within the Royal Victoria Yacht Club is looking for a professional and talented Server for the daily service operations and day-to-day Club Events while working with the team in promoting a healthy club atmosphere.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager; the Server is responsible for providing exceptional courteous service to our members and guests in our food and beverage operations. They will work to enhance the member and guest experience while having a strong commitment to team and collaboration. Understanding the club rules and RVYC service standards while delivering an elevated experience for our members and guests is important with this role.

You will enjoy the club’s atmosphere when you are friendly, patient and calm under pressure. You will ensure our team are enhancing someone’s day through the pleasure of service while communicating clearly. You will be able to speak to a variety of food and beverage options, both to the team and to our members and guests.

- The ability to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Accuracy with inventory, cash and cheque closing duties
- Eligibility to legally work in Canada and possess the valid documentation to do so
- Willingness to work on and assist with other duties as assigned

Remuneration

$17.40-$19.40/HR
