They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our client.Employment type: Permanent full-timeSalary: $45,000 and commissionLocation: Vancouver, BCLocation Type: On-siteJob Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and engage new clients across target marketsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsConduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutionsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsWork closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategy and messagingPrepare proposals, presentations, and pricing to support client conversationsTrack and report sales activities using CRM toolsStay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunitiesExperience & Qualification Requirements:Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management roleStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build rapport quickly and manage relationships at all levelsComfortable managing the full sales cycle and closing deals independentlyTarget-driven mindset with a passion for achieving resultsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS We use AI technology as part of our application review process to assist with screening and assessment.
