**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Post-Secondary diploma in office administration or equivalent, plus vocational, or specialized training
- 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment
- Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience working with ministry programs and software (i.e. iPHIS, ISCIS, OHISS) is considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of the principles of health promotion is an asset.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a friendly, positive and professional manner.
- Proven ability to work independently under mínimal supervision in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Complete reception duties as required and promptly respond to inquiries from clients, employees, management, and members of the public.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and can provide proof of immunization

Terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the CUPE 4700 Collective Agreement.

Starting wage range: $26.30/hr. - $32.91/hr. 70 hours in a two-week period. OMERS pension and comprehensive Health and Dental benefits package.
