**Objectives of this Role**
- Gain a complete understanding of specific goals, objectives, and clientele
- Assemble a well-developed team that works together collaboratively
- Create an environment that is inviting, organized and engaging
- Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve a seamless operation as well as regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and standards
- Monitor staff performance and report on progress
- Adhere to department policies and procedures
- Fill in for senior management in their absence, managing budgets, maintaining expense logs and coordinating schedules, inventory and supplies
- Monitor client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions or equipment trouble to management
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for all.
- Oversee staff and client placements as well as medication distribution

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong leadership, clear concise communication, and collaborative skills
- Proven experience in management roles and long-term dedication
- Knowledge of exceptionalitiesFirst Aid, CPR and CPI certified

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
