Digital Marketing Manager

**Overview**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Limestone Marketing, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, designing websites, creating marketing collateral, implementing SEO best practices, and executing paid advertising campaigns. You will work closely with clients, the Creative team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on-brand, and aligned with our clients' business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies, creating engaging content and collaborating with the Creative team for visuals.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media and website performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and build responsive websites using WordPress and closed-source platforms, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Create marketing collateral, including graphics, banners, and digital assets, aligning with client branding.
- Implement SEO best practices for on-page and off-page optimization, enhancing website visibility and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to meet their digital marketing goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Experience designing websites with WordPress and closed-source CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement them for site optimization.
- Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and PPC advertising (Google Ads).
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset, and able to adapt to various client needs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset, but not required.
