**Job Title**: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Intern

**Duration**: 3 months (Paid Internship with the potential for full-time employment)

**Position Overview**:
Join the Hayabusa team as an SEO Intern and be part of a global boxing gear brand that values innovation and excellence. This 3-month paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the SEO strategy of Hayabusa, with the potential for a full-time position at the end of the internship period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Backlink Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of backlink strategies to enhance the website's SEO performance.
- Link Building Campaigns: Actively participate in outreach campaigns to secure high-quality backlinks and build brand authority.
- Content Analysis: Review website content to identify linkable assets and optimize them for better search engine visibility.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct backlink analysis of competitor websites to identify potential link opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports on backlink profiles and campaign progress for performance evaluation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to identify and leverage cross-functional link-building opportunities.
- Website Audits: Assist in website audits to identify technical improvements related to SEO and implement best practices.
- Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SEO and link-building to implement innovative strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of search engine optimization principles, especially regarding backlink strategies.
- Ability to conduct thorough research for potential backlink opportunities.
- Comfortable with analyzing backlink profiles and understanding their impact on SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO Tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar for backlink analysis.
- Ability to manage and track backlink campaigns effectively.
- Capability to brainstorm and suggest innovative approaches for backlink acquisition.

**Must-haves**:

- Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
- Research Proficiency: Strong research skills to keep abreast of SEO trends and updates.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative Attitude: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Creative and analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach, ready to tackle diverse SEO challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op

**Salary**: $3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
