Galaxy RV is a divison of Galaxy Motors (1990) Ltd. We are a growing business who has 5 Automotive dealerships and 3 RV locations. We are looking for an experienced Parts & Service Advisor for our Langford RV location. Seeking a person who can contribute to our operations and into our future growth. As our Parts & Service Advisor you will be passionate about customer service and have an eye for detail. If you have the appropriate experience, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for managing the production workflow to ensure that profitability, productivity and customer goals are achieved
- Maintain efficient workflow for technicians
- Ensure technicians are working at high levels, delivering quality service;
- Sell Service Work
- Deliver quality work on time, every time to the customers
- Respond to all questions, problems and requests in an attentive, helpful and timely manner
- Ensure equipment is well maintained in a safe and clean work environment
- Manage Parts Inventory

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Must have technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficient - experience with PBS an asset
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty programs
- Ability to manage parts inventory
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Experience managing and dispatching service work
- Must be able to manage team of technicians
- Professional references to verify experience, expertise and skills

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V9B 5Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
