We at Ina Auto Service are looking to add an experienced Business Development Advisor to our ever growing team.

Do you have a passion for driving growth and developing successful business strategies? Are you a natural problem solver with a keen eye for opportunity? If so, we want you to join our team at Ina Auto Service as a Business Development Advisor.

As a Business Development Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities for our company. Your role will be critical in driving the success of our business and developing long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our goals and take our company to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze customer database and create contact lists
- Generate customer retention by following up with previous clients
- Maintain record of customer appointments

Qualifications:

- Business Development Center experience *Specifically automotive*
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
