Okotoks, Canada Duty Calls Portables Ltd. Full time

We are a locally owned and operated portable toilet rental company based out of Aldersyde. We are growing and looking to add an Dispatcher/Office Administrator to our team. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Answering phone

*Dispatch duties - scheduling multiple routes daily for drivers

*Payroll

*Accounts Payable

*Accounts Receivable

*Bank reconciliations

*Invoicing

*Ordering of supplies

*Taking orders for deliveries & pick ups

*Any other administrative tasks required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
