Finance Administrator

This position is based full-time in the Okotoks, AB office.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Preparing & processing customers facing documents, invoices, statements, credit notes.
- Customer or vendor account reconciliations, particularly with high-volume, complex accounts.
- Handling customer requests in a timely, professional and accurate manner
- Key contact for internal departments, special projects, communications.
- Troubleshoot issues and following up on resolution
- Preparation of reports and summaries internal and external, in a professional manner
- General office administration
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven customer service skills: clear communication, patience, persuasive, empathy, positive language, adaptable
- 3 - 5 years of general office experience, accounts receivable or payables, executive administration.
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills, including ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines
- Flexible and a willingness to be coached and learn new processes and systems
- Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- CRM is an asset, but not required
- Knowledge of feed industry is considered an asset but not required
- Must be a team player, within own team and cross functional
- Work with limited supervision
