**Overview**
As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our office's daily operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and agents. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management.
- Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and open houses.
- Manage client communications and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with transaction coordination, including document preparation and follow-up.
- Maintain and update property databases and MLS systems.
- Prepare and process contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Support the overall efficiency of the team through various administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Effective typing skills for efficient communication and documentation.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively and courteously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $16.91-$27.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
