**Summary**
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kelly Allan Design Inc., located in Toronto. In this role, you will support our operations by managing administrative tasks that contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional home staging services.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Assist with the creation of consultation reports for clients
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to information
- Support the staging and design team as required
- Assist with social media creation and posting
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- **Qualifications**:
- Proven office experience with strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including data entry capabilities
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
