If you answered yes to the above and you LOVE working with people, On Side Restoration has the job for YOU **The Job - Accounts Payable Specialist** On Side Restoration is seeking a **bilingual** (French/English) **Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist** to join our team. A typical day in the life of the AP Specialist can entail invoice processing, managing expense reports, working with internal and external stakeholders, reporting, and AP quality assurance, all while supporting the organization in a professional, happy manner. **Accounts Payable Specialists are responsible for**: - Representing the On Side Finance department to vendors and suppliers - Working with accounts payable systems to process and manage invoices - Invoice management and reconciliation - Expense Report and Payment processing - Monitoring and enforcing accounts payable compliance for all aspects of the company - Data entry **What you bring**: - Two years of accounts payable experience - Bilingual fluency in English/French - Need to interact on a regular basis with French and English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country. - Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a love of problem solving - Ability to work well under pressure, independently as well as in a team environment - Strong attention to detail while multitasking - Superior communication skills **Other stuff that’ll help you get the most out of this opportunity**: - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAVision - Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience preferred **Of Note** - We’re proud to support a flexible hybrid approach that offers everyone the best of both worlds, based out of one of our branches in Vancouver, Mississauga or Laval.
