**Responsibilities**
- Scan paper documents and verify they are clear and legible.
- Upload digital files into broker management system.
- Use digital workflow queues to organize electronic documents.
- Greet office walk-in clients.
- Process client payments.
- Back-up for switchboard.
- Open, sort and date stamp all incoming mail and courier.
- Take mail to post office and deposit to bank when required.

**Experience**
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expert with data management.
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent administrative and organizational time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Reception switchboard experience.
- Experience with processing debit and visa transactions and online payments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
