**Position Overview**

D. Floyd Construction is seeking **Wood** **Fencing Foreman**to lead a fencing crew. This position will include year-round work, and an opportunity to make an impact on some of Calgary's most impactful projects

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise the construction and installation of wood fences
- Work independently and ensure projects are completed to company standards, on time.
- Motivate and collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized job site
- Assist with other duties as required

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience with installing wood fences - **min. 2 years required**.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate colleagues
- Ability to communicate with all parties
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
- Follow company safety protocols on all sites
- **Drivers license is required**

**Pay and Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate of **$28.00-$32.00 per hour**, based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package, including **90% employer-paid coverage**, available after 3 months

**Schedule**
- 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (7:00 - 4:30)
- Overtime pay available for additional hours worked
- Weekend work may be necessary due to the nature of the work
- 12 months per year - we work throughout winter

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
