Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on a busy job site and takes pride in doing things right the first time? We’re looking for a **Site Foreman** with experience in Townhome construction to join our growing team.

**About the Role**:
As our **Site Foreman**, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and equipment, and ensuring projects are progressing safely, efficiently, and according to plan. This role is ideal for someone who is looking for long-term growth and the opportunity to take on more leadership over time.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and site grading plans
- Supervise and coordinate crews and subcontractors on site
- Operate heavy equipment such as a telehandler, skid steer, and backhoe
- Lead by example in the field, with hands-on experience in framing, carpentry, or another skilled trade
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards, on schedule, and in compliance with safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with project managers, suppliers, and clients as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and elevation drawings
Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., telehandler, backhoe)
Background in a skilled trade (preferably framing/carpentry)
Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently
A self starter that has a strong knowledge of commercial construction and keeps the job moving
Someone seeking a long-term opportunity with a company they can grow with

**Nice to Have**:

- First Aid, WHMIS, or other safety certifications
- Experience in multi-family or commercial concrete and wood-frame projects
- Ability to assist with scheduling, ordering, and daily reporting
