**Position Overview**

D. Floyd Construction is seeking skilled **Experienced Fence Installers**to join our dynamic team. This position will include year-round work, and an opportunity to make an impact on some of Calgary's most impactful projects

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist and lead in the construction and installation of fences (wood, chain link, ornamental)
- Work independently and ensure projects are completed to company stands, on time.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized job site
- Assist with other duties as required

**Experience & Skills**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** installing fences (wood, chain link, and/or ornamental)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
- Follow company safety protocols on all sites
- **Experience leading a crew would be considered an asset**

**Pay and Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate of **$27.00-$32.00 per hour**, based on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package, including **90% employer-paid coverage**, available after 3 months
- Some company tools to be provided for work use

**Schedule**
- 8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (7:00 - 4:30)
- Overtime pay available for additional hours worked
- Weekend work may be necessary due to the nature of the work
- 12 months per year - we work throughout winter

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
