**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and emotionally intelligent **Global Executive Personal Assistant** to support the Founder of **Bethel Publishing House** and the **Sisterhood Talkshow**.
This is **not an entry-level assistant role**. The Global PA functions as a trusted gatekeeper, operational anchor, and executive filter within a fast-moving **publishing and media environment** operating across Canada, the United States, and South Africa.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the **primary gatekeeper**, controlling access, communication flow, and escalation
- Track, follow up, and report on **pending client payments and invoices**:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across Bethel Publishing House and Sisterhood Talkshow
- Oversee workflows, deadlines, and task delegation between staff and Regional PAs
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and coordination of Regional PAs
- Prepare **weekly and monthly operational reports** covering:
- Payments and revenue status
- Project and publishing timelines
- Staff performance and accountability
- Risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all publishing, media, financial, and executive matters
**Experience Profile (Non-Negotiable)**
- **Minimum 5-7 years** experience supporting senior executives, founders, or directors
- Proven background in executive administration, operations, or chief-of-staff-style roles
- Strong administrative and organizational systems mindset
- Ability to anticipate needs, make sound judgment calls, and operate independently
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Office Management
- Communications
- Media Management
- or a related field
**Added Advantage**:
- Experience in **Publishing, Media, Broadcasting, or Creative Industries**:
- Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, shared calendars, and digital workflows
- Strong written communication suitable for executive-level correspondence
**What We Offer**
- CAD $2,500 monthly retainer (3-month trial period)
- Payment on the **5th of every month**:
