**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Assist passengers with mobility challenges from check-in to their departure gate and vice versa.
- Operate wheelchairs safely and efficiently while maintaining passenger comfort.
- Collaborate with airline staff and other team members to ensure timely assistance for passengers.
- Provide clear directions and support to passengers navigating through the airport.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Monitor passenger needs and respond promptly to any requests for assistance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while assisting passengers.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Basic math skills for managing any necessary calculations related to service provision.
- Leadership qualities to guide and support fellow team members as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to ensure timely assistance for all passengers requiring wheelchair services.
- Supervising capabilities may be beneficial for those interested in leadership roles within the team.
