**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a **Lounge Manager** to lead operations, team, and guest experience in our lounge. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for mixology, strong leadership presence, and an eye for detail. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll oversee the lounge’s beverage program, service standards, events, and profitability.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead Beverage Excellence**: Curate and evolve a world-class cocktail and spirits program with seasonal updates, tastings, and team training.
- **Deliver Exceptional Service**: Set the tone for a warm, polished guest experience through leadership, coaching, and on-floor presence.
- **Drive Team Culture**: Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team built on respect, collaboration, and shared success.
- **Create Memorable Events**: Plan and execute lounge activations — from cocktail showcases to live music — in partnership with F&B and Marketing.
- **Manage Operations**: Oversee scheduling, labor and cost controls, inventory management, and reporting to meet operational and financial targets.
- **Champion the Brand**: Ensure The Lakeside Lounge atmosphere reflects the Nita Lake Lodge identity through music, lighting, and service excellence.

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-end bar or cocktail lounge.
- Deep knowledge of mixology, spirits, and premium beverage trends.
- Proven ability to lead teams and elevate guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Serving It Right certification (or equivalent).
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
