**Position**: Outlets Manager
**Reports To**: Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Director of Food & Beverage
**Location**: Nita Lake Lodge, Whistler, BC

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Outlets Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of all F&B outlets. You will be responsible for:

- Planning and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our diverse F&B department, including restaurants, lounges, banquets, and café.
- Maximizing profits while upholding the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Leading and motivating a team, ensuring efficient communication, staff morale, and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitoring sales, labor costs, and performance, and reviewing them in weekly meetings with F&B leadership.
- Overseeing staff training programs, guest reviews, purchasing, and inventory.
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Director on special event planning and menu development.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with all F&B policies and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role within a multi-faceted F&B operation (restaurant, banquets, lounge, café).
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- **Business Acumen**: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and managing labor productivity.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with guests, management, and staff.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- **Technology**: Proficiency with MS Office and a solid understanding of POS systems.
- **Innovation**: A creative, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious approach to managing F&B operations.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
