We have an immediate opening for a **Corporate Administrator** in our **London, ON** office. Reporting to the President, this role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the senior leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s internal and administrative processes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Provide administrative support to the President and the senior leadership team, including preparing and submitting expense reports, travel arrangements, organizing on/off-site meetings
- Respond to requests, assist with, refer, and transfer inquiries appropriately
- Full coordination of various, large-scale gatherings such as Dealer meetings, National Sales meetings, Dealer trips, Off-Site Planning meetings
- Responsible for vehicle fleet administration for Sales Department and London pool vehicles
- Responsible for compiling various reports
- Phone back-up for incoming calls from automated attendant
- Special projects as time permits
- Provide processing support for A/P as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Excellent proficiency in all MS Office and related software programs
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, accuracy, and versatility are essential
- Bilingual skills would be an asset but not a requirement
