**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update client information in the database.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with laboratory tasks as needed, including sample collection and processing.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide support to veterinary staff during busy periods by assisting with administrative tasks.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Laboratory experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist with clinical tasks.
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners, demonstrating empathy in all interactions.
