**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Service Excellence:

- Greet clients and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

2. Product Knowledge and Sales:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and treatment options.
- Educate clients about our offerings, explaining the benefits and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Actively promote and upsell our services to clients, highlighting their relevance and value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing client records.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-treatment inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role, preferably in the medical or aesthetic industry.
- Strong sales skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with medical spa treatments and products is an asset; training will be provided.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and scheduling systems.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends as per business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
