**Summary of the Position**:
We are open to a flexible schedule. Occasionally, your work responsibilities will require physical presence in our Markham office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the WEM Canada internship program
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, onboarding, and training for interns
- Provide guidance and support to the students as they navigate their internship experience
- Collect and analyze staffing data; communicate findings through compelling visualizations and reports
- Coordinate and schedule events (university information sessions, job fairs, employee appreciation events) while maintaining a budget and tracking expenses
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person meetings, setup meeting rooms, and organize catering
- Assist with office administrative tasks like ordering supplies and handling purchase orders

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Can effectively understand and present statistical data related to staffing
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to take the initiative to solve problems and drive results
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, and an elevated level of professionalism
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- (Optional) Experience with software development
