**Position Summary**

The Training Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the training department with a focus on supporting the Instructional Services Division maintaining Instructor Paperwork, client certifications, as well as supporting Team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Ensure daily paperwork for all jobs are received from Instructors within 48 hrs of completion
- Match and sort through Instructor paperwork using electronic files to ensure each participant has completed the requirements to receive a certification
- Generate certificates for participants who pass, send certificates to Clients
- Identify and communicate to Account Managers any students who are not receiving certifications and why
- Look up historical records requests, communicate findings with Clients
- Collaborate with all team members on a consistent basis
- Answer incoming calls for main office phone line, redirect as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Education & Work Experience**

High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and/or 1-3 year’s experience in an administrative position.

**Competencies and Skills**
- Well developed organizational skills
- Self starter, ability to work very well independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to function in a fast-paced changing environment
- Proficient in Excel and Word programs

**This is a remote work environment position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
