Client Care Team Member We are seeking a dependable and confident Client Care Team Member to work and grow with our team. This is not your "usual" office position. This position offers a very unique opportunity to impact the experience of families at a very sensitive time and requires a caring and compassionate attitude about pet loss. We are looking for someone who is ready to WORK, ready to LEARN and someone who has a FLEXIBLE schedule. The tentative shift we are currently filling is: Monday 9 - 4; off Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12 - 8, Friday and Saturday, 9 - 4 and off on Sunday Training shifts for the month of September would be Monday - Friday: Monday/Wednesday: 9 - 5, Tuesday/Thursday 11 - 7 and Friday 9 - 4 p.m. Shift’s are not written in stone so we require someone that is flexible with notice. We are a well-established company that provides Pet Loss After Care services to the public and to our Partnered Veterinary Clinics. We are committed to always providing the highest level of friendly, professional and compassionate services that is possible. This position includes many various duties including front end office file completion, reception, intake of deceased pets, light housekeeping duties, completion of paw print Keepsakes as well as other related duties. Your days will go by very quickly You will inevitably be faced with some uncomfortable situations while working with families dealing with loss. You will be closely interacting with emotional families as well as many unusual smells and conditions of deceased pets. You will find very quickly that this is truly an extremely rewarding job and you will be reminded often that what we do truly makes a difference for families.
