We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with a dynamic personality to join our hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer care
- Quoting services and processing payments
- Maintain and update client records in our practice management software
- Assist with patient care, when needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Be comfortable handling animals
- Have prior experience in client care/customer service
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to learn medical terminology
- Be comfortable working under pressure, while keeping calm
- Have a sense of good judgment
- Be proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision
- Be able to prioritize your workload
- Able to lift 50 pounds

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Clinic: 1 year (preferred)
