**What would you be doing?**
- Create, send, and track offer letters and assist with scheduling and monitoring Drug, alcohol, and Occupational Health testing through approved vendors.
- Administer recruitment projects and initiatives, maintain spreadsheets and metrics, and participate in project meetings to provide updates and input.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; working effectively with ambiguity and change.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in onboarding is an asset; former office administrative experience or training is also beneficial.
- Grade 12 education, supplemented by additional education and/or experience in recruitment and onboarding activities.
