**Who we’re looking for**

**Recruitment Responsibilities**:

- Conduct resume searches for multiple disciplines and roles
- Coordinate and schedule 2nd stage interviews with internal team members as needed
- Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive and diverse
- Maintain up to date records of all activity including interviews, feedback, offers and start dates
- Coordinate and perform new hire onboarding
- Ensure employees data is up to date in Alayacare software and in employee files
- Collect, file and record all required training certifications
- Support employee inquiries on benefits, payroll issues, vacation, leaves of absence and other HR related question
- Use social media as a tool for attracting talent
- Remain continuously aware of hiring targets and communicate with admin team regularly regarding this

**Experience**
- Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Office Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a home care or health services agency
- Previous experience working in a health care environment is an asset
- Solid understanding of Private Home care
- Experience using AlayaCare software is strongly preferred
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
- Experience with recruitment tools and software (Indeed & LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of the Alberta and British Columbia labor market and standards
- Exceptional administrative skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Health Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
