Admin Assistant/receptionist

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to ensure efficient time management.
- Assist in managing client records, including digital filing and organizing documents accurately.
- Provide customer support by addressing customer questions and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate other administrative staff to streamline office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment to promote a professional atmosphere.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a customer service office is preferred.
- Proficiency with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with customer support practices and procedures is a plus.
- Must be bi-lingual ( English and French)
- Must be dependable
- Must follow daily task list

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.67-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
