**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised workspace
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office
- Provide clerical support as needed, including typing documents and managing schedules

**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
