**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an organized calendar for the office.
- Help with Laundry
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is an asset.
- French & English speaking / understanding is an asset.
- Familiarity with office operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Apple & google & booking softwares.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- A professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
