Receptionist/administration-property Management

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, Excel, and other office software
- Handle filing, document management, and organization of office supplies
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing mail distribution
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic data entry and invoice processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle high-volume inquiries
- Prior experience with filing systems, front desk operations, and administrative support is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
