A large and complex organization, eHealth is comprised of 30+ clinical and non-clinical program (service) areas that all work together to support health care providers and teams across the province in delivering the best possible care to patients, providers, citizens, and health system users. Programs range from primary care to acute care, and includes laboratories, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Additional programs that also support patient care and information, include Virtual Care, the MySaskHealthRecord, and the Provincial Electronic Health Record. eHealth is also responsible for the administration of various pieces of legislation to manage the registration of/changes to all vital event records (e.g. birth, marriage, death, etc.), registration of legal name changes, registration of adoptions, and for maintaining the provincial health registry for health services eligibility and distribution of health services cards.

We are seeking an individual who is results and detail oriented with exception people, customer service, and communication skills to join our Provider Service team.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Provider Services manager, the Program Coordinator will provide support to the eHS teams and the external users of the provider services portfolio. This role will bring a broad base working knowledge of the Electronic Medical Records (i.e. Med Access/Accuro) and have in-depth experience working in community medical clinics of both general and specialist providers. Data analysis and the experience of this position will informed recommendations made to the business area providing the necessary support to improve the service or assist in redefining processes. This expertise will further enhance the businesses ability to be responsive with appropriate service solutions.

The Program Coordinator will liaise with eHS internal staff, management, external healthcare providers and medical office staff to acquire an understanding of all issues, troubleshoot and/or educate on appropriate processes and procedures. The position will work the Provider Service team to develop, test, and implement technical/process changes.

**You will have knowledge of**:

- Strong strategic information analysis and project planning techniques;
- Business process improvement methodologies, tools, and processes coupled with an understanding of organizational change management methodologies;
- Knowledge of the health system, clinical care, and clinical referral processes, and;
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of working in a community physician clinic.

**You will have the ability to**:

**You will be**:

- Thorough and attentive to detail to ensure quality work.
