All Nations Hope Network (ANHN) is an Indigenous-led, provincial network committed to supporting Indigenous individuals, families, and communities affected by drug use harms such as HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV). ANHN operates the Awasiw and the Place of Hope, focusing on North Central Regina's Indigenous population. The organization works to provide culturally relevant harm reduction services and improve access to treatment and support services.

Position Overview: The SUAP Program Coordinator will oversee the coordination and expansion of Awasiw’s harm reduction services, including inreach and outreach activities. This role is critical in managing the integration of new services, staff, and partnerships to enhance the continuum of care provided by ANHN. The Project Manager will lead a diverse team, collaborate with local and provincial stakeholders, and ensure that project objectives are met effectively and within the project timeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management & Coordination**:

- Lead the Awasiw team, including the current drop-in staff and full-time Addiction Specialist and two part-time Harm Reduction Specialists.
- Responsible for ensuring Harm Reduction Specialists submit monthly invoices on time, processing their payments, collecting receipts from peers, and ensuring all peer workers are paid accurately and promptly.
- Work in collaboration with the Awasiw Team Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality support services are delivered to community members.
- Schedule and coordinate activities in collaboration with the Addiction Specialist and Harm Reduction Specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and shared problem-solving.
- **Program Development & Implementation**:

- Oversee the expansion of Awasiw’s inreach and outreach services, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for Awasiw and SUAP.
- Develop and implement the Regina Area Network of Drug Users (RANDU) peer outreach training program, engaging Indigenous people who use drugs in North Central Regina.
- Ensure that informal learning opportunities and cultural teachings are integrated into daily activities at Awasiw.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of student placement, ensuring that each placement is appropriate, supportive, and aligned with program goals.
- Other duties as required.
- **Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Building**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, including local First Nations, municipal and provincial authorities, and other organizations.
- Engage with stakeholders to secure ongoing support for the project.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:

- Responsible for developing a comprehensive workplan that outlines goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with program objectives.
- Track and report on project outcomes, including the number of individuals reached, training participants, and service referrals.
- Collaborate with an external evaluator to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting board reports and annual reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Lead weekly team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports for funders and stakeholders, highlighting project achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Risk Management & Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address any risks that could affect the project's success, like staff changes or outside political issues.
- Work with the team to develop solutions to any emerging issues and ensure that services continue to meet the needs of the target population.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the SUAP project budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support project activities.
- Monitor expenses as required by the organization and the contribution agreement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nonprofit or social services sector.
- Strong understanding of harm reduction principles and experience working with Indigenous communities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
- Commitment to ANHN’s mission and values, with a deep understanding of the systemic challenges faced by Indigenous communities.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
