Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent patient care. This is a Part time and might lead to a full time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Passionate and knowledgeable about skincare
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including nurses
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient use of resources
- Monitor and manage clinic budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating orders as needed
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and evaluate clinic staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Provide support to the clinic staff as needed
- Ability and motivated to close sales online and walk-ins

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a medspa or healthcare setting is required
- Knowledge of medspa operations is preferred
- Familiarity with Excel is a plus
- Strong understanding of skincare terminologies and procedures
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team

Please note that all positions at our organization are paid positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
