As our **Business Development Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in driving GoodDoors’ growth across Saskatchewan. This on-site role in Regina will require some travel to Saskatoon to win new business in both markets. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Drive New Business**: Proactively identify and pursue leads among owners of residential rental properties (through inbound inquiries, cold outreach, networking, etc.) to grow our portfolio of managed doors.
- **Client Consultations**: Meet with property owners in Regina and Saskatoon to understand their needs, present GoodDoors’ services, and **close contracts** for property management. Deliver compelling presentations and rental market analyses that win trust.
- **Networking & Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, investors, and other referral partners to generate a steady pipeline of prospects. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote GoodDoors’ brand and services.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently work toward and **exceed monthly/quarterly targets** for new doors under management. Treat these goals as benchmarks for your success, with the knowledge that top performers enjoy significant rewards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our property management and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new clients, setting them up for long-term success. Maintain regular internal communication so our team is aligned on new deals and client needs.
- **Market Strategy**: Stay informed on local market trends in Regina and Saskatoon. Provide feedback on marketing strategies and service offerings to help GoodDoors remain competitive and attractive to prospective clients.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Experience**: 2+ years of success in sales or business development (property management, real estate, or related industry preferred). A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
- **Self-Motivation**: Driven, ambitious, and able to work independently to generate leads and follow through on opportunities. You put in 100% effort and are used to seeing results from your hard work.
- **Travel & Mobility**: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel between Regina and Saskatoon (approximately a few days per month) to meet clients and attend events. _Note:_ This is an on-site role based in Regina (with travel, not a remote position).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset (but proven sales ability and hustle are what matter most).
- **Work Ethic**: Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours when needed (networking events, weekend calls, etc.) to secure that next deal. You are determined to be the best in whatever you do and won’t let a promising lead go cold.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology to track sales activities and manage your pipeline. Willing to continuously learn and adapt to new tools that improve efficiency.

- **Base Salary**:$55,000** per year (steady income to support you as you build your pipeline).
- **Commission,Quarterly Bonuses, Multi-Property Bonus, Retention Incentives.**:

- **On-Target Earnings (OTE)**: Year 1 OTE around **$100,000**; Year 2+ OTE **$115,000-$130,000+** (based on performance, with **no cap on upside** as you grow our business).
