We are looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team

**Position Overview**:
As a Real Estate Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate legal team by assisting with the administrative and procedural aspects of residential real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a keen interest in real estate law.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of documents related to real estate transactions (purchase, sale, mortgage, and refinance files)
- Communicate with clients, realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other legal offices
- Schedule appointments and maintain lawyer calendars
- Open and close files, ensuring all supporting documentation is filed appropriately
- Draft correspondence and client communications
- Provide quotes to clients.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience in a legal office, preferably in real estate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with real estate software (Unity, Teraview, or similar) is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
