The team at **Altima Port Hope Dental** are looking to add a **Patient Coordinator** on a **full-time permanent basis**.
The Patient Coordinator role is executing the day to day administration and coordination of the dental office. The ideal Coordinator for our team is someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

**_ Here’s what we are looking for:_**
- A minimum of 1 years of patient coordinator/ customer service/ dental reception experience preferred not required
- Previous experience with Dentrix dental software is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior organizational ability
- Can effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Disciplined in timely reporting and follow up with patients, insurers
