**Service Manager - Commercial Roofing**

**Position Overview**:
The Service Manager leads the commercial roofing service division, managing day-to-day operations, customer relationships, team performance, and service revenue growth. This role ensures efficient service delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client & Business Development**
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
- Identify service opportunities and sell preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

**Operations Management**
- Schedule and coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
- Manage service quotes, work orders, and invoices.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and tools.

**Financial Oversight**
- Monitor budgets, job costing, and profitability.
- Manage invoicing, collections, and reporting for service work.
- Provide updates to senior management on performance metrics.

**Team Leadership & Safety**
- Supervise, train, and support service technicians and administrative staff.
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular site inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and compliance documents.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or service operations.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and manage multiple jobs concurrently.
- Proficient with MS Office and service management software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
