We are currently looking for Sales coordinator. This position will mostly entail managing day to day sales operation in fast paced environment.

We are a diversified company and are looking for people that are flexible to work in all areas.

**Sales Coordinator Job Description**:

- Collaborate with the Sales Team to improve their productivity and connection with our customers, ensuring they have up-to-date support and information.
- Provide sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone.
- Prepare sales quotes for customers, communicate upcoming pickup lead times.
- Work closely with customers to finalize the orders and process them internally
- Follow up with customers, carriers for required documents
- Follow up the pickup and delivery times

**Sales Coordinator Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Degree or Diploma in business administration or its equivalent is an asset
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales or a sales coordinator position
- Sales, Marketing and Communication experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word
- Current knowledge of freight industry regulations and trends is an asset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Ability to be a positive and constructive liaison with all other department members
- Ability to be a team player with a high level of dedication and maintain a positive and professional attitude with everyone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
