We are now looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to our growth and success as we expand.

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will assist with our social media and engagement efforts and the execution of marketing strategies to promote our brands across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep up to date with market research and identify trends and digital market opportunities to drive more business.
- Ensure project timelines are met and in line with company strategies and best practices in our industry.
- Provide direction and support to project team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Develop engaging content for our websites, social media platforms and online blogs.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and materials across all platforms.
- Manage client outreach from social platforms and ensure timely responses to build rapport for the company and hand off to the appropriate department.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide expert guidance to drive company success.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to succeed under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must be familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Should have a basic understanding of marketing principles and analytics including SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, advertising and web optimization.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva & Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
