We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable **Training and Documentation Specialist** to join our Logistics Team. Reporting to the Director, Logistics Strategy and Optimization, you will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs and materials to support continuous improvement of the Logistics Department. In addition, you will participate in project initiatives to enable achievement of business goals and strategies.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop, review, and maintain current and new logistics procedures. Ensure alignment of all document updates across all systems.
- Be responsible for the distribution and approval of SOPs. Ensure procedure documents are stored securely and can be accessed quickly and accurately.
- Create high quality training materials such as Quick Reference Material and Storyboards for online courses and user manuals, continuous improvement, and projects from development to implementation. Create technical documentation when needed.
- Train and support Home Hardware Dealer Support Centre Team Members through training programs and training materials.
- Assist with the planning and creation of eLearning materials, including micro learning.

**What we’re looking for**:

- College Diploma in Adult Education/Learning principles, Supply Chain, or Business Writing, along with 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Exceptional writing skills including technical writing experience. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- High level of competency working with process designs and converting to high-level process flows.
- Proven ability to prioritize and respond to changing situations.
- Ability to organize and work under strict deadlines while producing quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and MS Project.
- Experience with warehouse operations in a retail environment would be preferred.
