The CIS Coordinator will carry out a variety of tasks to enable progress on CIS implementation and improvement projects - spanning from administrative work such as data entry and data quality clean-up to updating user manuals and providing user support and training to the new system users. **Find out more about your first several weeks on the job**: **In the first week, expect to**: - Meet the members of the Customer Information System (CIS) project team. - Job shadows your team to learn more about their roles and responsibilities. - Read materials to get more familiar with our data, programs, and services. **In the first month, expect to**: - Attend reoccurring meetings, daily stand-up & team meetings. - Perform core CIS duties, with support. - Continue to learn more about the CIS, and E1 Programs, data, and processes. **In the first three months, expect to**: - Perform core CIS duties with limited support.
