**Logistics Customer Service Coordinator**

**TMSI Ltd**, is a container transportation company based in Dartmouth NS specializing in commercial cargo transportation between Atlantic Canada and Newfoundland. We have an immediate opening for Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator in our Dartmouth office.

**Job Duties**:

- Administrative duties, data entry and other clerical tasks
- Provide assistance and support to management and staff
- Receive bookings from customers and prepare documentation and billing information
- Maintain reports
- Cross training to cover vacation time
- Collections and billing customers
- Customer service needs
- Liaise with customers to oversee & review customer accounts as needed
- motivated and able to in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to work with team members and independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be self-directed, organized and have problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Comfortable using database management systems
- French is an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive disposition.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am / 5pm. TMSI Ltd offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on your skills and experience.
