**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Configure, troubleshoot and support of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive for Business, Cloud App Security, and experience administering Microsoft Azure and Azure Active directory and other cloud-based services.
- Experience with SQL administration and maintenance.
- SQL server management including the SQL Server Report Studio to help build and maintain analytical reports
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery, user management, maintenance plan creation and performance monitoring/tuning.
- Ensure database security, integrity, stability, and system availability.
- Administer and support the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system. Connect additional systems, drive automation and support optimizing business processes.
- Help perform necessary installations, upgrades, patches, security updates, and service packs on system and computers.
- Assist in managing users, groups, and Collaborate with the other IT members in general support
- Continually stay up to date with the advancements and best practices in IS
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity best practices such as keeping software and hardware up to date, inventory and access control, password management, antivirus/antimalware, VPN technology, network monitoring, encryption, multi-factor authentication, etc.

**Education**:

- Post-secondary training in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 + years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting a Microsoft Windows networking environment.

- Experience customizing business information systems such as an
- Capable of interfacing with various cross-functional teams, understanding their business processes and generating automated solutions
- Experience with VMWare Virtualization
- Good understanding of networking principals and general IT security
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within small
- Great troubleshooting skills
- Must be available for occasional after-hours on-call or on-site support during systems maintenance, and/or emergencies.
- Microsoft certifications an asset
- A+ Certification, or equivalent hardware experience an
