**Primary Duties**
The key functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Review reports before submission to referral source for case details, inclusion of proper questions, clinical consistency, spelling/grammar, consensus, and formatting
- Generate a summary of multidisciplinary reports if required
- Communicate with referral source regarding concerns about reports, timelines, and answer any clinical questions
- Communicate with assessors regarding feedback, questions, or clarification required
- Communicate with other internal departments to gather information as needed
- Ensure timelines are met and facilitate adherence to the timelines
**Skills Required**:
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and work within a team
- Working knowledge of the SABS regulations and related forms, including Minor Injury Guideline/Medical and Rehabilitation benefits, Specified Benefits including Post 104 Weeks benefits, and Catastrophic Impairment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Detail-oriented, responsive, meticulous
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, under pressure and maintain high quality standards
**Qualifications**
- Experience in reviewing Insurer’s Examination reports, Post 104 Weeks’ disability reports, Catastrophic Determination reports, and Medico-Legal reports
- Regulated Health Professional preferred (Minimum Bachelor’s degree)
