Medical Reports Coordinator

A Medical Reports Coordinator is responsible for communicating with our assessors to obtain claimant consent forms, follow up on appointment outcomes and reports. This role requires attention to detail, focus and urgency.

When reports are received from our medical professionals, the Medical Reports Coordinator carefully templates each report and advises the quality assurance department.

**Experience and Qualifications**

You possess the following specific skills and talents:

- Experience coordinating various tasks
- Excellent organization and co-ordination skills to follow through on specific file matters, ensure timeliness, comprehensiveness and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with medical professionals, to obtain or clarify information, and build the medical roster base
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills to interpret information, and identify specific areas that require further investigation, action etc.
- Assertiveness and a sense of urgency to co-ordinate activities with others, obtain your cooperation and support
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word and Excel

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bilingual Medical Reports Review: 3 years (required)
